As a Mahirah fan I enjoyed this chat show . However I think on a more objective level , it did seem as if it was more the Ali Zafar show . Ali is quite right ,Mahirah sometimes underacts and she needs to take charge of her show . It seemed as if she was floating sometimes . It must be hard with people like Ali zafar who seem to eat up all the oxygen in the room but a chat show host should be able to handel that kind of person too.Perhaps the show was too long ? I think it needed an audience to provide some warmth . Well this is only the beginning perhaps it will get smoother . Now on the plus side most of it was funny and even witty, so I am fully expecting this to get better and better as Mahirah becomes more confident . I loved the dance sequence from Merey Brother ki Dulhan and when Ali Zafar sang it was fantastic .
What I dont understand is why every thing has to be so sexual ? Why was Ali flirting so much with Mahirah and teasing her about being sharif ? I mean once maybe twice would have been enough …after a while it seemed repetitive. As I said before these are minor complaints , for me it was an entertaining hour and and I am excited for the next one.
