Honestly, I have kind of gotten to that point where ZM seems to be dragging a bit. It’s got great turns and twists, and that’s the part I find really enjoyable. I guess it’s just mixed feelings on it. Anyhow, the story moved on quite a bit.
Aiman finds out that Tahir is basically a sly, lying guy who tricked Aiman into believing that he was completely ready to marry her and at the last minute ran away from everything. He also robbed his own grandfather and just left. Just like that – in the snap of a finger. Furthermore, Aiman is left totally distraught by all this and after all the facade that she created in the previous episodes, is now all coming down on her. Waqar at this point seriously surprised me when he asked his own friend to marry his daughter. Firstly, wasn’t the age difference kind of a big deal? I mean, it’s his friend so I would assume that he kind of knew his age. Anyways, Aiman is ready to marry him before we realize her inner motives. The two get married, but Aiman’s behavior (as usual) turned out to not be so great. Aiman is such a confused character and I just feel for her at times and at times I feel like giving her a slap to her face. Sorry to say that, but honestly, some of the things she does just leave me apalled.
Anyways, as much as Tariq is trying to reinforce Aiman and his’ relationship, Aiman continues to move away. But, from the promo, it kind of seems like she’s trying to reconnect with him which is sort of sweet, in my opinion. Jojo is also trying to create a sisterly bond with Aiman and that’s another scene that just leaves me smiling :). Moving on, Aiman gets some seriously good news on her end, but she doesn’t seem to prefer it too much. Honestly at this point, I don’t understand why Tariq is being so nice to her in that way when she obviously doesn’t understand what he’s trying to do and neither does she care. Aiman is in serious need of a wake up call!
Momo’s scenes left me just entirely face-palmed. Is this really what happens in reality? Girls end up getting cellphones from nowhere, and their parents don’t even know about any of their ‘kartood’? I find that really hard to believe for some reason. She doesn’t exactly seem to be going the right path honestly.
Parents do always make the right decision for their children no matter how wrong it may seem in the beginning. I’m hoping Aiman realizes that at one point.
So, in conclusion, that was Zard Mausam for these past two weeks guys! ALOT has happened, but some of the scenes seem a bit stretched out. At this point, I’m hoping they wrap up the serial and don’t let it lag. Fingers crossed! :)
