I think today’s episode was byfar the cutest one yet. Finally, we saw Mehru and Waqar cooperating a bit, more insight as to what was happening at Mehru’s mother’s house, and finally, Aiman’s continuous and worsening spoiled behavior was shown again today.

The first highlight of this week’s episode were Mehru and Waqar. Both were all smiles today, and were actually having discussions, talking, and cooperating. They actually looked quite good together today. My favorite scene was when Waqar compromised with Mehru and allowed her to visit Babur later on. Even though Mehru shouldn’t have to ask for permission, she still did and they both negotiated it out.  Secondly, Aiman had a bit of a fit when there was no bread in the house and so, she got irritated and started yelling at her step-sisters. I personally think that Waqar OR Mehru should have said something to her or told her to not behave in that manner at this point. But, obviously, this is going to lead to her character development later on, as was shown in the promos. Anyhow, I’m hoping to see more of Mehru/Waqar’s interactions because of how brilliant they are together.

In addition to all that, we also got a glimpse into life after Mehru leaving and how badly it affected Babur, her son. I know I expressed my sympathy for Hina and her husband (I think his name was Ali, sorry if it’s wrong) before, but now I just kind of really despise them. They’re rejoicing whereas Babur has been completely thrusted into depression. I felt so bad for him when he overheard them going all “YAY”. It was a sad moment, but on the other hand, Mehru gets to visit him in the next episode. Looking forward to that.

Edit: Quick Question- After reading K’s response, I was just wondering, what was the reason in the first place as to why Mehru had to leave him there? I don’t think I caught that.

So, as a whole, good episode, and some of the scenes were a bit lengthy, but I got through them. Looking forward to next week! :)
