I know all of you are thinking..Why on hell is this guy reviewing a hollywood movie… well i dont know, i just felt like it :) its a pretty old movie, released back in 2009 so why am i writing a review now??? honestly speaking i just took a flight from karachi to dubai and watched it in one of the on air flight air shows.. i kinda liked it, but guess what? my next connecting flight is 5 hours from now… i guess i better write a review on the movie from a Pakistani Prespective.

Up in the air stars Geoger Clooney. and another lady (dont remember her name… was in the departed) but hey i guess anyother character is un significant …. its clooney’s movie all the way… in the age when everyone is shouting about Avaatar.. and The hurt locker or any other xf movie… Up in the air is a sweet and simple movie that depicts a very important message” Relationships are the most important thing in one’s life”

Up In The Air  features a terrific  Clooney performance. He plays Ryan Bingham, a man with a job nobody wants. He travels across the country and is hired by firms who need to inform their employees of downsizing. He has to fire each individual and assure them it’s not the end of the world, while making the fallout to the employer minimal. Ryan is very good at his job, and in a country where the economy is collapsing before our very eyes and unemployment rates are at their highest…. Well, to steal a quote from another movie this year, “Cousin, business is a boomin!”.

What keeps Ryan going amongst all his depressing settings is his love of air travel. He loves the frequent flier miles program. He loves the environment of the airports he travels to. Ryan has a small apartment in but his life is neatly packed up into his suitcase, ready to go wherever he is needed with the greatest of ease. however at the end he realizes that work, money, passion and anyother aim is incomplete if you dont have someone to share it with..

I can’t stress how wonderful a movie this is and how much I think you should see it.Take a break from everyday scifi and xf  movie and watch this wonderful movie that caters to simple people! i know its easily available on a pirated DVD ,, :) Have fun watching
