Shikwa was a very good drama throughout all the episodes, until the directer extended it for few more episodes at the end and added the new actors. I felt the producers were forced to add new roles. It looks like the whole direction and writers are changed. I completely lost the interest and knew what will be the end. As we all know that there is a lot of competition in entertainment media, little bit of lousiness in story or acting goes along way and viewers don’t take time to go to the next channels.
Maher did an excellent work in her previous episode with a simple eye catching wardrobe and hair styles and Waseem Abbas is a versatile actor any way. He was the perfect pick for the role. Later on in last episodes Maher Bano was not able to act as a mother. It is getting unbearable to believe her grey hair, please start applying some new techniques.
The scene when Maher is sharing her story to Sir Feeroze in first meeting was very unrealistic as well as while her daughter is talking back and giving a speech was not a good idea. How come a girl raised in good hands can be so rude to her mother. How come SIr Feeroze also fall in love with her so quickly.
Shariq and SIdra were very sweet couple, the chemistry between them was showing a spark and portraying the right way to move on your relations in our culture.
There were no surprises for the viewers to glue the screen. Actually I was waiting it to be finished. I have noticed that when ever a drama is getting famous they add extra episode and ruin it . Please in future let it finish when ever it is done.
One more thing I love the gharara scene in second last episode.It was so funny, I cant stop laughing.
