This was indeed a fast paced episode, which is kinda unbelievable for me because all the episodes of the serial have had long scenes. Anyway, Dawood has agreed to marry Seemi on one condition that his father will allow Roshani to get married to Junaid, who knew Dawood would make such a huge sacrifice for the happiness of his sister but I see the reason behind him taking this drastic decision, he doesn’t want his sister to meet the same fate as him which is understood.
Salman is one of those many men that we have in our patriarchal society, they want everything to happen according to their wish, they don’t care what the women and their children think because after all they are the head of the family, their reputation and self-respect come first. Wish Shireen had shown courage and told her husband off because you cannot ruin your children’s lives to maintain the peace and harmony in your household/married life, their happiness must come first. I am glad Dawood stands up to him, though his ways may not be acceptable to many of us but he has been a rebel since his pre-teen years (I am guessing?). I was a bit surprised when Roshani said that she thought her brother was a rude and a selfish person, like come on girl, you never tried to get close to him, you never tried to understand and now you are passing remarks about him?
Despite Dawood agreeing to marry Seemi, I think him and Kiran will reunite. But yeah I guess she will pop up after he gets engaged and not married to him. I wonder why was Kiran not a part of the episode? I mean they should have shown something about her new job and stuff but ah well. Let’s see what happens next now that Dawood has agreed to marry Seemi. All the actors did a decent job in the episode. Direction wasn’t bad either.
