Before starting the review I would like to wish to those fasting Ramazan Mubarak. J
Coming to the review, this episode made up for last week’s disappointment, Sarah ki shaadi aakhir ho hi gayi, lakh lakh shukra hai upar wale ka! Almost the entire episode marked her wedding celebration which I didn’t mind because I have been waiting for her to get married since forever. I loved how everyone bonded in the episode. Dawood introduced his mother to Kiran and the scene was nicely done.
Dawood’s mother has kind of accepted Kiran which I thought she would not from her reaction in the last episode. Well, this young lady has brought so many positive changes in her rebellious son and which mother would not like this? And she wants to see him happy so why not. But of course the main hindrance in their shaadi is Seemi and Dawood’s father and it will be interesting to see how they react when they will learn about her. I am also not entirely sure about Dawood’s sister-in-law because she wants her younger sister Rania to get married to Dawood but thankfully it seems Kiran’s family will not really object to her decision of choosing Dawood as a life partner because they seem to like him. Now that Sarah’s wedding celebration is over and done with, the onus will again shift on Kiran and Dawood’s relationship/marriage which will now get interesting.
I love the kind of relationship that Dawood shares with his mother, sometimes it seems as if they are actually mother and son. The scene where Dawood asks if she liked Kiran was so beautiful, the kind of chemistry they shared was superb. I would definitely like to see more scenes between the two as their conversation was so realistic. The romantic moment that Dawood and Kiran shared at Sarah’s mehndi was so cute, Dawood doesn’t shy away from romancing with his lover in public.
Mohib Mirza and the actor who plays his mother were superb in the scene. I loved the camera work in mehndi and wedding sequences, the background music made it seem even better. Definitely looking forward to next week’s episode.
