This was quite a boring episode to be honest. I freakin’ love the serial but why I fail to understand as to why they are going so slow because not much happened in the episode. It is about time that Sarah got married, I hope they just end this whole maa-beti ka drama and get the poor girl married to the love of her life asap. Thank God for small mercies, Kiran is finally and thankfully opening up to Dawood and sharing her apprehensions regarding relationships and how she is scared to lose the people whom she loves to death. I think the scene could have been much better had Armeena Rana Khan emoted well.
I did like some of the scenes, precisely 3-4 of them. Dawood loves his nephew a lot and I am sure when him and Kiran, well if they get married, will have their own children, he is going to be an amazing father to them. Dawood has even started going to his father’s office on weekly basis. And ha! How chaaloo are Seemi and her father, she has deliberately started coming to the office so that she gets closer to Dawood and of course her father does not want Dawood to take over the business. I find Seemi’s tactics hilarious that she is using to win over Dawood. I don’t see that happening ever even Dawood made it clear to Kiran. Also, I am wondering who styled Seemi aka Mansha Pasha? Her outfits are hideous. I have seen Pakistani actresses wearing better Western clothes in other TV serials.
I particularly loved the two scenes that involved the three siblings. First was the one where Omar asks them about the teddy bear in Sarah’s hands and they start teasing Kiran about the things she has been buying lately… hehe well don’t we know who paid for them? ;-) And again the scene in which Sarah’s putting oil in Omar’s hair and they are talking about Sarah’s wedding and the preparations related to it. All three of them share amazing chemistry and I particularly liked Armeena in both the scenes.
Dawood can’t wait to get married to Kiran, even he wants Sarah to get married quickly so he can say qubool hai jaldi se. Mohib Mirza yet again stole the show! Armeena was okay and the actors did a decent job. Direction was good and I hope the next episode will be better.
