Quick, quick – what’s that word between yawn and meh? You know, the one that causes us to yawn and go meh what do I care? Wait, wait don’t tell me – it’s at the tip of my tongue – ah yes, B-O-R-I-N-G.
Since most of us are bored stiff already let’s play a little game shall we? It’s called how to make characters more despicable than they already are. Ready? Ok here we go.

Note to the MSKSH team – We GET it. No really, we do. Everyone in your universe is money minded save Zeeshan, poor Romaisa and Nabeel (who btw is at fault for encouraging everyone and will now sigh about how nobody likes me, everybody hates me, I’m going to eat some worms….). You established that seven episodes ago.
So Hassan’s is being pulled up for his womanizing ways and is manipulating his wife as a skilled puppeteer. I suspect that his using Nabeel’s name rather than his own will come to play some episodes down the line. The whole clan is expressing displeasure by returning Romaisa’s gifts and cold-shouldering her for using her wiles and charms (ha! as if!) to get Nabeel to write off his heavenly mansion in her name.
Nabeel rightly points out that he’s spent all that and more on his family and reserves the right to do so for his wife too. The only person pointing to a rational explanation is Zeeshan who wonders if Nabeel’s largess will lead to Romaisa’s exploitation.
I’m going to take a leap here and re-imagine that all this is intended to show Romaisa being boycotted by the family – which is no real surprise, Nabeel feeling hurt at his family’s love for his money rather than him and his misses – which again didn’t really come out of thin air, and Khala’s clan shown as still being as laalchi as um, in episode one.
However, ripe with repetitive scenes and dialogues, this drama is one breath short of rigor mortis. Even that fraction of a second that showed Adeel in uniform wasn’t enough to save you this time.
Pick it up people, trouble is brewing in paradise and we want the story to move on.
