Mein tumse mohabbat toh kya, tumharey saath nafrat karna bhi apni tauheen samajhta houn… Kisi mard Ki zindagi ke saath mat khelna warna iss se barey dhokay khaougi… And with that, Haider laid all of Sajeela’s khushfehmiyaan to rest. I think Sajeela needed the reality-check and once again, she was left empty handed. Remember when we were wondering what Haider was anxiously trying to find last week? It was a letter and a CD that her Papa wanted to give her shortly before he passed away. Lack of communication continues to be the number one reason that wrecks relationships and breeds misunderstanding. Sajeela’s Papa knew Mazhar did not have any sincere intentions and Mazhar’s greed drove him to exploiting her for his own personal gain. So now that Haider managed to close the chapter with Sajeela, he decided to ensure that there is no room left for any further awkwardness in his life. He caught the next available flight to Dubai and proposed to Fatima. Did anyone else notice the blooper where he refers to Bibi as Bee Jaan (Ahista Ahista)?
Aiman felt stranded and confused- she grew dependent on Haider and assumed her life would shape up exactly how she dreamt- with Haider by her side to guide her. Dosron ke diye huey dukh par aapkey paas beht ke aansoo bahaati rahei… Mein apkey baghair zinda rehna bhool gayi houn… We tend to rely heavily on those who we love and who love us back. Sometimes, we fail to realize how impossible it may be if we were to lose them. Aiman’s turmoil is a result of her complete and utter dependence on Haider; he was there for her when she was adjusting to her life without her mother; he helped bridge the gap between her and Sahir; he helped her believe in herself and grow; and most importantly, he helped her realize that her father wasn’t as evil as she made him out to be. After holding her hand every step of the way, nurturing her, celebrating every little moment with her, he gave her reason to believe there was more to them than just friendship. How could she resist falling in love with a man like Haider? It’s not everyday someone like Christian Grey walks into your life… and when and if that day comes, you won’t know what hit you!
Bibi was furious at Sajeela- Haider aur Aiman ki dosti pe ghatiya ilzaam lagaya! Mein pehli shaks houn jo iss rishtey ki himayat karoun gein… Bibi sensed the bond between Haider and Aiman and she knew there was more to them than friendship. She wants nothing more than for Haider to be happily settled and she seems Aiman as a compatible match- despite the age difference. Bibi is surprized at Haider’s announcement of his intentions to marry Fatima. Aiman is furious when she finds out the same and walks over to confront Haider- Meri naraazgi se farq parta hai aapko??? Yeh saar khoobiyan toh mujh mein bhi maujood hain… That was the moment that Aiman struggles to keep her balance. She is sure that Haider loves her and wants to marry her but she also know that he’s been acting distant since Sajeela rubbed the age difference in his face. Haider tries to calm her down and remind her that he loved her but it wasn’t that kind of love… Next week will be the finale and by the looks of it, it should end on a high note. The past few episodes have been very interesting and I’m hoping the ending will be satisfactory. What are your thoughts?
