Haider’s worst fears were realized when Sajeela accused him of falling for Aiman’s masomiayat and kamm umri… Sajeela is leaving no stones unturned to push Haider into breaking down. She even went as far as playing the suicide card. Seriously, Sajeela is beginning to frighten me. Her piercing looks, obsession with getting her life sorted no matter what and those badrooh vibes are just giving me the creeps. Hareem Farooq has established herself as a competent actress in her very first appearance on television. Adnan Siddiqui has perfected the brooding Haider Masood. Never before have I been so in awe of his existence. Sanam Jung is yet to grow on me though…
Today’s episode was very dramatic and I absolutely loved the pace. Either that or I’m just over the moon having caught up after roughly two weeks! One of the scenes that stood out were the ones with Sajeela making dinner preps- the candle lights, her sparing use of jewellery, her attitude after being stood up- everything seemed to flow nicely. This woman’s confidence alone is applause- worthy. I mean – Tum theek nahin kar rahey ho, Haider Masood???
Will she succeed in getting her claws into Haider a second time? Will Haider show any remnants of the trauma he has suffered? Yeh admi kis mitti ka bana hai? Itni bhi sharafat theek nahin hai, Haider Sahab!
