Nothing much to be said about Episode 5 in comparison to the first 4.Sunita’s acting has definitely picked up in this episode. Her performance is the only highlight of this episode. I like how she treated Malik Shahab. A liberated woman talking back to a rich spoilt zameendar playboy is always cherished by me. I like it!
Malik sahib so easily tries to convince Sahzmeen that his first wife is “gone” and that Shazmeen should marry her. I could list a million reasons why she shouldn’t marry a playboy like Malik. Parents view their children’s marriage differently. Shazmeen’s dad has lost his mind and thinks they should get married… so typical!
Episode 5 was a happening episode but nothing that couldn’t have been missed. Nothing extraordinary happened in this episode… so if you missed it… you probably want to multi task and watch it’s repeat telecast while doing something elseJ
I am beginning to lose interest with this drama. Sorry, but the story has been heard of before and this whole bacha issue is getting boring. Now his servant is pregnant with his child and he still is interested in this 20 yr old girl. Disgusting. Meanwhile Shazmeen is also beginning to lose her mind and despite rejecting Malik’s marriage proposal is friends with him and has broken up with Arsalan (the good guy that she should marry). Heard this story before? Yeah… exactly what I mean. I really hope the direction that the drama is taking takes a 360 degree turn because the way that it is going… I might just stop watching it and its popularity which it has managed to gain from the first 4 episodes will drop in ratings.
This will be my shortest review ever… coz there wasn’t much to review on. Basically, the story hasn’t moved much from the last episode… Babar Javed needs to get his act together and Samira needs to condense the play a bit more. The team was given 1 hour to impress me. I lost interest in the first 5 minutes.
Still a lot more to come from the Meera Saeein’s team… let’s keep watching and hoping that it gets a bit more dramatic and doesn’t remain all this flat.
