This drama keeps getting better and better by every episode! It has me completely hooked. Today’s episode was totally action-packed. We see how evil Shazmeen can be. She can do whatever it takes to harm her enemies. We also see a somewhat “not evil” self of ShahZaman. Torture, revenge and most importantly politics have been portrayed very wonderfully in this episode. And it’s amazing how the story is fast-paced and how it never feels rushed.
Today’s episode started with SP sahab and the police team coming to arrest ShahZaman for attacking ShahZameen and his daughter ( He does not harm anyone. It was all ShahZameen’s plan so that he can suffer). Yawar Hayat is furious when he finds out about ShahZaman. Maria is extremely upset when she finds out that ShahZaman has been arrested and goes to her mother, Inayah for help. ShahZaman is brutally tortured in jail. And I mean very brutally (Poor ShahZaman)! Yawar Hayat goes to bail him out but is stopped by the SP who is torturing ShahZaman to avenge his son ( ShahZaman beat up the SP’s son horribly about one month earlier), Yawar Hayat leaves after blackmailing the police officer. The SP later interrogates ShahZaman and we find out that ShahZaman beat up SP’s son because of the horrible thing he did to a girl. The father is aware of all that but seems he doesn’t care one bit. He gets him beat up more and more. The next day, Inayah comes to visit ShahZaman. ShahZaman is happy to see her because she was the first person who came to see him. Inayah promises him that she’ll bail him out and make the police officer pay for what he did. But Inayah isn’t a good person either. She is planing something. She takes him to her house where he rests and eventually asks her to marry him. She has not answered yet.
I feel really sad for ShahZaman in this episode. The way they tortured him was so hard to watch. Poor him! He was tortured for something he didn’t even do. I really didn’t see him as a bad guy today. Why does everyone want to use him? No one seems to love him except for Maria. Speaking of Maria, the scene with Maria and ShahZaman was so funny, ShahZaman says ” Do din, do din maar khayi hai maine, lekin uss se ziyada takleef tumhari baaton se ho rahi hai” Lol! ShahZaman doesn’t seem to be so bad. He beat up SP’s son because of the horrible thing he did to her. He does have a heart. I was so disappointed with his mother who said she does not feel for him a single bit. It is shown how politics can make one so heartless, even for their own children! Speaking of heartless, Naina isn’t the only one who’s heartless. ShahZameen has no heart! She is as selfish as anyone can be. She doesn’t let a single chance pass.
Corruption in police is also shown. Even though he had a personal hate for ShahZaman, the SP knew that ShahZameen was planning something against ShahZaman but went on anyway. And how he abuses his power, letting his son do whatever he wants, it’s just horrible! But that’s what happens in real life, unfortunately. It’s good that the drama is showing that reality.
Overall, I loved the whole episode! It was fast-paced and entertaining. Hats off to the entire team for doing a marvelous job. Everything is very close to perfect! I am very excited for the next episode. I’m sure it’ll keep getting more and more interesting.
