OK, I am really put off by this drama serial now. Are we EVER going to see a sane character?
For the most part of this episode, Daneez was her usual, annoying, psycho, trying-to-rationalize-the-situation-calmly self. I mean, really. First of all, she was naive enough to marry Mujtaba after all those romantic notions. Then when the reality was finally broken to her by Shimraiz, she reacted in a completely weird manner – suggesting they should separate even though she did not mean it and was only “testing” Mujtaba. Man, I am finding her character to be more and more annoying each week. Honestly, girl, GROW UP!
Kiran is back with a bang. And she is out to get revenge. Although she is again putting on an act, her scenes with Mujtaba were definitely more interesting and relaxing to watch than Daneez’s. Even the scene where she is being chased by Shimraiz, grumbling about high heels and finally, tumbling over were very well-done. Even Shimraiz it seems is out to create as much trouble as he can between Daneez and Mujtaba.
Overall, an interesting but slow episode – I am hoping the story will pick up next week because, frankly, the scenes between Mujtaba and Daneez are getting repetitive, monotonous and boring.

@ Kiran Malik: I read your comment on Facebook, and I must say that even though I do not have any sympathies for the cause of either Kiran or Shimraiz, the relationship between Daneez and Mujtaba was already based on flimsy ground. Mujtaba married her only for her money. She married him because she wanted a basic lifestyle. They both had selfish reasons to get married to each other. I strongly believe if the relationship (and its basis) is strong, no amount of Kiran/Shimraiz plotting can shake it. Here, neither of them really need to do much. This relationship is already on the rocks.
