Khuda Mera Bhi Hai is one of those dramas which gets interesting with each passing episode and keeps the viewers anxiously waiting for more and more.
Apart from Arshi who does nothing but bite everyone with her cruel words and horrible facial expressions, the viewers seem to connect with every single character of the drama which are just so easy to relate to.
Zain’s character in particular interested me the most, we see him extremely disillusioned, not accepting the mere existence of his child and that he hasn’t moved on with his life. The poor guy is still in love with Mahagul and is having a hard time getting over her and accepting his ill fate. You can’t just help but feel sorry for the miserable man!
The relationship between Zain and Mahagul is much more realistic in comparison to what we see in our everyday dramas, the writer has just put light on a singular issue to keep the story moving with good speed.
We see this drama breaking so many stereotypes which we see on our television screens quite often. The confident women of Khuda Mera Bhi Hai are very much capable of being sensitive and caring, we see them getting whatever they have planned with utmost gravity while Arshi’s husband and sons do whatever they think is right.
It is quite pleasant to see Aly Khan playing a different role. We always see him with a serious face and a rigid ideology but in this drama, we see him play the role of a kind hearted, caring, self-made man. The promos suggest that there will be much more to his character and he’ll be seen taking action in the forthcoming episodes.
Everyone’s reaction to Bubble Mian was one of the finest scenes of this episode that left the viewers emotional as ever. It is so refreshing to see so many different characters in a single serial especially when they are so well defined and have been portrayed brilliantly. Mahagul’s conversation with the school’s principal forced us to open our minds and to think differently for once.
Noor’s story was taken forward in this episode with Mahagul facing troubles in getting him enrolled in a school. Through Noor’s struggles, the writer has managed to send a vivid message about the attitude of people towards such children. At the same time, we see selfless people like Mahagul’s mother, Sanam and even Bubbly ready to go an extra mile for Noor’s comfort.
Overall, this entire episode was deeply engrossing and emotional. I am deeply attached to the story and cannot wait to see how the story shifts in the forthcoming episodes.
