Honestly, this drama is beginning to annoy me even more than before. It might be going on a decent pace. But the acting is very poorly down. Araib seems like a guy, too good to be true. He’s emotionless, and very stoic. Ahsan Khan is an amazing actor, but this role is not suited for him. I am seriously getting tired of seeing him now, he’s in about 5-6 dramas this season.
Back to KKC, Farooq needs to stop wearing such tight shirts to show off his biceps and body. You are chosen to be an actor to portray your acting skills, not your body. I feel he puts more effort in trying to make his body look perfect than his dialogues. As for Ahmareen, she needs to stop being so gullible. She needs to have proof before she reacts impulsively over every single thing. She’s quite feisty but childish which makes her perfect for Farooq. (I found the fuss over the engagement ring size was totally unnecessarily)
All Farooq wants is to get married because he already has a bad image because his first engagement was broken off. Now he doesn’t want another engagement to be put off. I think he is truly in love with Anganbeen,(since he randomly planned to go to Japan for two years ONLY after talking to Anganbeen about his engagement to Ahmareen. All Anganbeen wanted was Farooq to disappear from her life, so she can try to live a peaceful life with Araib and soon to be born child. She cannot bear to see her first love as her brother in law. Obviously, Farooq must’ve understood Anganbeen’s feeling or else he wouldn’t start this zid of going to Japan for two years just before his marriage. ) but knows he can’t have her and has managed to move on. He just wants to get married and start a new life and keep a good image in his family.
As for Araib, he is trying his best to fall in love with Anganbeen. It was cute to see him go baby shopping and be all excited about his child.
On the other hand, Anganbeen needs to just give up on ending Ahmareen’s and Farooq’s engagement. I really liked the words, Farooq said to Anganbeen, “How sick are you? You cannot bear to see your sister to be happy?” At this moment, she should just suck up her feelings and try to fix her life with Araib.
I am glad that towards the end, she is willing to go home with Araib (following Farooq’s bittersweet advice) and just focus on staying happy and living with Araib. I think she is slowly realizing how amazing Arais truly is. After all, she did tell Araib that before he was leaving. But the most ironic thing was Anganbeen’s mother not letting her go home. Her whole family has this weird misunderstanding that Araib is treating Anganbeen unfairly. When in reality, poor Araib is trying is so hard to win Anganbeen’s heart.
I doubt Ahmareen and Farooq get married. Too many conflicts are rising and the truth always ends up missing.
Overall, this drama is moving forward and I am looking forward to next week’s episode because supposedly, Araib catches Anganbeen and Farooq confessing their love. But I do hope things get better for Araib and Anganbeen.
Enjoy!
