Today’s episode left me speechless, ‘kya yeh ehmiat reh gayi hai rishton ki logon ke liye?!’ Seriously, is it that simple for people to break bonds such as marriage so easily? That seemed like a little thing for a lot of people in today’s episode; Rukkaya, Hira, Ali, Mohsin?…. Okay, I seriously had high hopes for Mohsin. The reason, well I’m not really sure, probably because Fahad Mustafa was playing the role and I’m his fan? :D Okay, that’s not even a reason! But yes, I was so upset when he agreed with his mother to let Hira get divorced. It seems Mohsin will agree with his mother without thinking if what she is saying is right or wrong. Rukkaya has her older son so in control, more than anyone else in the family. I think this fact will play a big role in the near future. Anyway, totally shocked about most peoples’ reactions today. Even Ali knew about Hira’s marriage but he seems to be blinded by her love. And I hate Hira most of all I think. Ufff! I don’t have words for what she is like. She doesn’t care one bit about relationships. It’s just money that matters. Tsk tsk, very unfortunate :( The only ones I felt had normal reactions were Sultan, Ahsan, Shehzad and his mother, oh to add to that, Ali’s family! Yup. that’s it!
Phew! I’m so glad to have expressed my anger!
Ok, what else? Oh yes, the story has finally divided in a couple more parts. We saw a bit with Mawra(don’t know the character name yet) and it shows that she is kind of a ladli in her house. Ahsan’s part was also shown. He a tutor at some rich girl’s place and it seems she likes him. That was all. The rest of the episode was still about Hira, Shehzad and Ali. Speaking of Ali, I can’t believe he’s okay with all of this. Oh well, nothing can be done.
I feel sad for Shehzad, Poor guy was trapped by her and now is being betrayed by the same girl. I am now sure he will be forced to divorce Hira :( In a way, that’s good. He deserves someone better. Hira is just after money. She doesn’t even sincerely love Ali. Ali might just be the next bechara. If Hira can leave Shehzad just for a bit more money, she can leave Ali too for a bit more. Marriage doesn’t mean anything to her, or her mother, apparently. They are so evil!
Overall, interesting episode. The pace is fast, that’s what I like about it. This play just might be showing the mental level of some people these days that I might not be aware of yet. I do wish we could see more of Fahad Mustafa. He is one of the best actors in the drama. I am looking forward to what will happen next especially when I know they are going to introduce Mohsin’s story in the next episode. I still have high expectations. Let’s see what happens :)
