Our drama industry has always been an industry with ups and downs. It has grown and groomed over the past years,it has all the glamour and glitter like never before. We have made dramas which have made records and us proud. Like Daam,Dastaan,Khuda aur mohabbat,Humsafar,Shehr-e-zaat & many more.
But today our viewers and audiences have become more aware and they want good quality dramas. But sometimes we get dramas which made streets empty and sometimes we see dramas of same plots and story lines.
The turkish dramas are well produced. Directed and excellently have different stories. Our dramas are competing with turkish dramas but in the race our dramas seem to lose their sparks.Some drawbacks have been listed below.
- Poor casting
- Poor editing(example NUMM)
- Poor production
- Poor stories and repeated scenarios
Some points have been listed which can make our dramas perfect or able to compete.

- GOOD PRODUCTION(ALTHOUGH WE CANT PRODUCE DRAMAS OF SUCH BIG BUDGETS AS OTHER INDUSTRIES BUT WHY NOT ..)
- INOVATIVE IDEAS AND STORIES
- NOVEL BASED DRAMAS
- NO LOVE TRIANGLES(ATLEAST FOR A YEAR -_-)
- NO VULGARITY(RARELY SEEN)
- NO SISTER RIVALERY
- NO MORE ‘MAZLOOM AURAT’
- NO MORE TALAQ AND SECOND MARRIGES
Although it would take time but why not give it a try ,why not do something never done ever before.
