Zara sa sochi gee ruk ke agar tum…ja na pao ge mujh se alag tum…

This was just to remind my readers that had Junaid and Zahra told Maliha about their attentions to each other earlier in time.It would have been a real sport to see Fizzah trying to convince Yahsir how bad a girl Zahra was and how she would trap Junaid-right at the beginning of episode 7. Don’t you feel that would have been extraordinary? As that wasn’t the case we’ll have to wait for the time when we may see Fizza let down. The episode embarked with a scene from the last episode so I’d leave you guys to remind yourself about Junaid and Maliha coming do drop zara off (Didn’t I mention that bit too by mere co incidence ;-D).

Now its time to mention the typical Fizza trying to get her brother to believe in all the trash she has to put forward regarding Zahra.Yahsir on the other hand is prudent enough to decipher that.

Just for this once, I’ve felt really angry at junaid and Zahra. They must not have kept Maliha out of the entire situation. Maliha being such an amazing support to Zahra at all times and such a good little sis to junaid didn’t deserve to be hoodwinked. She felt something of the sort man-a-times and Junaid reiterated that there was nothing like that going on in his life. There has to be a limit to such horrid stuff.Hasn’t it?

Then, it was Zahra’s brother all dismayed with life in the last episode when his check got dishonoured now getting himself into working in a very bad role with the hope of earning good money under the not-so-welcome advise of his “so called” well wisher.

I’ve always loved Maliha for some reason and she makes me feel her pain as if she was part of my own family(that was a compliment to Amina’s acting if you hadn’t figured that out yet).She is sad to be faced with such harsh aspects of life and as she goes to Lahore to shop she let her emotions flow in front of Fizza(the biggest mistake she could ever make) Fizza then starts up her all time favourite pastime of brainwashing Maliha about Zahra. Though she promises to keep Maliha’s secret the first person she tells about it is Yahsir which was the easiest option available. Yahsir uses his senses again and tries to put sense into her by telling her that Junaid is sensible enough not to be trapped and  it was not for them to worry about it as it was Junaid’s personal life.

Zahra has proved to be a very sincere sister by still considering to wait for her sister’s wedding though Junaid is all over the moon with excitement and cannot wait to bring her a proposal on formal lines. On the other hand she also takes her younger sister out to the beach for an outing.

Maliha is exasperated by her brother hiding things from her and talks very flatly with him on the phone. Though her anger is justified she should not have listened to Fizza and treated ones who loved her so much the way she did after whatever Fizza told her.

I really appreciate the fact that Zahra went to help her aunt’s daughter when she fell ill.

The episode also highlighted the fact that though maliha’s parents liked Zahra they still wanted to find out about her family. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that there was still a little of the “status ki dewaar” and “loag kya kahein ge” issue with them not rare in our society.

Junaid being a good brother realizes that his sister is upset and sets off to mend things but worsens them without even knowing it by asking her to leave her friend as she had betrayed her.

It was very childish of Maliha to ask another classmate for notes .Having said that dil to bucha he hai jee when you are angry at being betrayed by someone you would sacrifice your life for.

In a nutshell, It was an extra ordinary episode with many twists and turns. I am a student interested in writing articles and this is my first attempt at an article that I expect a lot of people to read.Never knew that Daam would provide such an amazing platform for me not only to enjoy the show but also to polish my writing skills.
