American Chicken recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of American Chicken can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken boneless½ kg
Saltto taste
Tomato paste2 tbsp
Vinegar2 tbsp
Worchester sauce2 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
Garlic paste1 tbsp
Oil3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup4 tbsp
Tabasco sauce2 tbsp
Chicken stock1 cup
Ginger (juliennes)1 inch piece
Parsley chopped¼ bunch
METHOD
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and ½ kg chicken cut into cubes. Fry well till golden brown.
Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add 4 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp tobacco sauce and 1 cup chicken stock. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
Now turn the flame high, add in chopped ginger and chopped parsley.
Dish it out and serve hot.
